　　Your New Role

　　We seek a Learning and Development specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Learning and Development Director for end to end L&D, change management and Culture related initiatives in APAC.

　　Your Role Accountabilities

　　Project Manage the open curriculum programs across APAC which means facilitating English sessions and coordinating with local vendors in Japan, Korea and China for local language sessionsBuild a learning impact measurement plan for interventions being run across the regionProgram and logistics coordination, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking multiple learning events.Ensure learning systems are up to date with accurate data and monitor reports as needed.Develop and build effective learning courses, resources, tools and experiences using a variety of different media (e.g., in-person and on-demand training, resources, job aids, reference guides) to engage the modern learner.Support L&D Director on end-to-end project operations including communications, program delivery, budget, evaluation/feedback and measurement of business impact

　　Qualifications & Experience

　　3 years of relevant work experience.Self-Directed, Strong Facilitation and Presentation SkillsAbility to partner stakeholders across levels, from different cultures and prioritize their needs effectivelyDemonstrated ability to coordinate large scale learning, development programs or equivalent professional events;Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects and attention to detail;Proficient in Microsoft Office, learning design skills on articulate/captivate is a plusStrong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis;Language: Fluency in English (any additional languages are a plus)
