  Key job responsibilities

  Strategic Collaboration with Sourcing Expertise: Work closely with business teams to refine and finalize strategies for cost excellence and vendor negotiations. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping our sourcing direction and ensuring maximum impact and value. Become the go-to person for sourcing business teams, providing guidance on vendor negotiations and cost excellence. Also, serve as the HPB Point of Contact for vendor negotiations and Cost Excellence initiatives.

  Technical Visionary and Data-Driven Innovation: Play a critical role in transforming business needs and insights into actionable technical roadmaps. Develop and automate self-sufficient tools and solutions that drive efficiency and impact. Partner seamlessly with data scientists, Business Intelligence Engineers (BIE) and Finance to architect an automatic and simplified data structure. This framework will power innovative dashboards/UIs for internal customer-facing applications. Innovate scalable solutions that enhance the productivity and efficiency with extended impact in the org.

  Ownership of APB Strategic Pillars: Assume ownership or a pivotal role in contributing to our APB strategic pillars. Act as the liaison connecting cross-functional teams, fostering a cohesive approach to achieving our goals.

  Effective Communication Champion: Spearhead internal communication initiatives, including crafting compelling launch emails, updates, announcements, and newsletters. Your effective communication will drive alignment across the organization.

  Architect of Data Systems and Dashboard: Contribute to the establishment of a robust data system that underpins cost structures, vendor pitching, and sourcing strategies. You will leverage your data skills and capability (Python, SQL, Excel, etc.) to enable achievement of business efficiency and tangible outcome across critical processes.

  Growth and Optimization Champion: Identify growth, expansion, and optimization opportunities across category, vendor, portfolio, and product levels. Your strategic vision will drive impactful enhancements to our P&L lines.

  Basic Qualifications

  Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  5+ years business analytics expertise and proven results generating insights to drive strategic decisions.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  Master's degree or equivalent

  Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
