  The Role

  To sustain our explosive growth, we are looking for drivers-candidates who thrive on responsibility and live for the next big challenge.Your main responsibility is to demonstrate our solution to customers.To be successful, you will need to become a product expert.• Working with the DemoCenter Manager, build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure we have support from those teamsWhat you get to do in this roleLearn ServiceNow workflow training, sales and product demonstration instruction, and education in information technologySelect the appropriate demo scenario's from our global content and local SC sales teams and translate/localize them to meet the Japanese market needs.Partner with ServiceNow community and the SC Sales team to understand our technology solutions and transition support into sales.Coaching early in career SCs on demonstration capabilities and proficiency across ServiceNow's products solutions and industries.Partner with Marketing, SC Field and the Workflow SC leadership to create pipeline generation capability and content management model.Manage and communicate video asset library of functional demonstrations to be used to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for pipeline generation, renewal enhancement, and enablement.Measure and report on the effectiveness of DemoCenter program elementsDeliver and demonstrate technology solutions to address challengesAnswer product features and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleaguesUtilize tools and education through mentorship and hands on training to be successful in pre-sales and share best practicesQualifications

  To be successful in this role, we need someone who:Has exceptional communication and presentation skills.Able to comprehend and communicate complex business and technical concepts, information and materials to diverse internal/external audiences.Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s).Ability to thrive and adapt creatively and successfully to constant change in a fast-paced and team-oriented sales environment.Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise or IT business, software, industry and related operations and services.Ability to read, write and speak fluently in:Japanese - RequiredBusiness level English - RequiredQualifications

  To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:3 - 5 years of experience in a Solution Consulting roleBackground in ITIL, Service Management, or IT Management desirable.Experience coaching junior colleaguesDemonstrated ability to influence and consult decisions and strategyStrong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitudeSolid presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written)Additional Information
