Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Ensuring Implementation And Coordination Of Major Business Releases And Initiatives Are Delivered On Time And With High Quality. Responsible For Resolving Risks And Issues Identified By Project Teams And Ensuring That Senior Leadership Has Visibility In Every Decision. Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating And Management Of Business Releases Across The Enterprise For Multiple Applications Across Various Portfolios.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 3 year of project management or release management OR 7 years of experience in project management or release management.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
4 years of progressive involvement in multiple small to large complex projects in a cross-functional environment demonstrating project organization skills.
Experience with spreadsheet and database query tools.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Healthcare industry, project planning and/or claims process knowledge.
Previous release and/or project management experience.
Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in progressive involvement in multiple small to large complex projects.
Ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit.
Strong communication skills.
