We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative software development team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior engineers, driving technical excellence, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building high-quality software.
Qualifications
10 - 12 yrs software product development experience
Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java8, Spring, Python, Lettuce, Jedis.
Strong hands-on experience using one or more application frameworks such as Spring Framework, Mockito, Power mock
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance software systems.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience using one or more ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA
Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modelling, PPAS, SQL, etc
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g. RightScale, GCP, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
