  Job Description

  Job Description: You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps to build and manage one of the most valuable sales and marketing assets: the product/solution demonstrations and supporting content which highlight the capabilities of the suite of applications in a large range of scenarios tailored to Customer Service Management. This individual should be passionate about creating and executing inspiring demos, have deep knowledge of operational technology and experience with Customer Service Management and domain expertise.

  Qualifications 7+ years of Product Management, Product Development, Consulting or Pre-Sales experience Experience with ServiceNow platform and App Engine suite is a huge plus Direct experience or detailed understanding of Customer Service Management History building demos for or selling into Customer Service Management focused organizations Passion for building technology and problem-solving Very strong written and oral communication skills Technical proficiency with UI, database, workflow and integration technologies desired Experienced with Agile development (scrum) Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties to develop effective sales collaterals and enablement materials Strong collaboration and product marketing skills History driving product awareness and adoption through effective communication channels Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast paced environment Additional Information
