  We are currently hiring a Senior Operations Leader who will provide global leadership of application support and service delivery for Trane Technologies via outsource partner, Wipro. Management of Solutions supported are across matrixed internal and outsourced service delivery teams. This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Davidson, NC office location.

  Responsibilities:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with SBU and IT leaders through effective networking.

  Mature the support model, align priorities, promote ticket usage, and conduct regular service reviews for continuous improvement.

  Collaborate with SBU and IT leadership teams to strategize and prioritize complex business process enhancements and solutions.

  Share industry and technical expertise during business unit Health Checks and lean Rapid Improvement Events.

  Drive enhancement and service delivery strategy across outsourced providers and vendors, holding them accountable to quality, delivery, and cost targets.

  Manage outsource vendor for service escalations, resolving conflicts and driving mutually acceptable resolutions.

  Oversee major incident and outage response across all service delivery teams, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless service restoration.

  Review after-incident summaries from outsourcer and share with executives and functional leaders.

  Plan and execute effective stabilization and transition of new operation framework.

  Apply lean leadership principles to drive innovative solutions for "zero downtime".

  Review metrics and drive continuous improvement with internal and external service providers.

  Ensure compliance controls are operating effectively through outsource provider, supporting audits and remediation.

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in a related IT technical field required, advanced degree preferred.

  8+ years of ERP experience, Oracle EBS preferred.

  8+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Distribution industries with understanding of inventory cost accounting and multi-currency accounting.

  Familiar with ITIL and Incident management best practices.

  Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now, BMC-Remedy, etc.)

  Experience with structured Project Management methodology

  Experience with Software Project Delivery.

  Experience with Software Development Methodology (Oracle AIM, Waterfall, Agile)

  Experience preferred with large IT Services vendor interface / relationship management

  Experience and comfort with Structured Query Language (SQL)

  Experienced preferred with Structured Programming

  Base Pay Range: $117,000 to $155,000.

  Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
