  What you will be doing

  Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  Assists senior leadership in defining the vision and strategy for the Technical Project Management teams, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall organizational strategy and enables the delivery of the key objectives of the IT function and is supported by IT leadershipOversee the management of the organization's IT project portfolio, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking of project status and performanceAssisting global PMO director with specific focus on CBS centresProject financial management and reporting of budget vs actual - leading the PMO teams in CBS centers in project financial health tracking Contribute towards continuous improvement of project delivery methodology and tools Project / Program Stakeholder management.Creates detailed project work plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, resources, and due dates for multiple ongoing projectsActs as Subject Matter Expert advising internal teams & customers' in resolving any issues pertaining to IT Project ManagementSets clear goals and objectives for the central and country-based teams, that would enable delivery of the vision and strategyLeads a cross-functional team to ensure IT products continue to meet the world's changing regulatory requirementsProvides administrative project oversight in order to maximize the effective use of project resourcesDrives definition of the roadmaps for the strategic initiatives, aligned with the projects planned and executed locallyManages the team of Project/Program Managers and guides them towards achieving their targetsSupports multiple projects in various development phases ranging from early concept feasibility to commercializationManages the team of Project/Program Managers; responsible for their performance management, appraisals, trainings etc. and assists senior leadership in creating budget for the teamEstablishes and maintains robust relationship with the IT leadership and stakeholders, coordinates their engagement and communication as required for transparent and effective management of key initiativesHandles the customer experience and establishes a strategic direction and plan for customer account growth within the companyWorks with cutting edge technology and plays an integral part in implementing strategic plans with large enterprise clienteleWorks with QA, and others across departments and divisions to ensure a seamless process across the companyPractices continuous improvement and equity and social justice principles and work to improve effectiveness and equity in how the division manages its assetsProvides direction and leadership to a cross-functional team including members with expertise from all areas involved in product development and commercialization

  What your background should look like

  Experience & Educational Requirements:

  Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 7+ years of directly related or relevant experience with 3+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.

  Should be okay with USA shift.

  Preferred Certifications:

  Certified Scrum Master

  Google Analytics Certification

  Lean Six Sigma Certification

  Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

  SAFe Agile Certification
