Position Summary
The Rebate Client Support team provides custom rebate reporting to our largest clients and intakes and manages requests and questions related to how rebates were invoiced and collected/settled on their behalf. The Sr. Manager is responsible for oversight of all activity, and closely tracking and managing deliverables and timelines each month and quarter. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the engagement and development of a diverse team; and must ensure the team has adequate access, training, processes, and resources to successfully support our clients and deliver high quality customer service. Finally, the Sr. Manager helps lead department initiatives and process improvements that align with our strategic goals.
This position works closely with the Claims, Registration, Research, Invoicing, Recon, and Payments teams to maximize rebate accuracy and limit client service warranty payouts resulting from incorrect invoice submissions. This position also engages and collaborates regularly with key personnel and leaders from many other areas across the organization, including Audit, Underwriting, Trade, Account Management, and IT.

Leadership experience in similar operational or financial role(s) for 2+ years
Professional experience in similar operational or financial role(s) for 5+ years

Experience with contract administration
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA
Ability to work with and complete analysis on significant amounts of data, using Microsoft Access and Excel
Education
Bachelor's Degree required; discipline in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $174,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
