OnsiteThis position will lead the HR function for the Wilsonville site, which has approximately 600 employees. The HR Business Partner (individual contributor) will primarily support leaders by understanding and articulating business needs and translating them into HR strategies and tactics as a key member of the leadership team.This position will be worked onsite in Wilsonville, OR. Relocation assistance is available.Primary Responsibilities:
The position will play a major role in managing the implementation of HR initiatives and annual processes across Avionics in Wilsonville. Including salary planning, organizational restructuring, talent management, succession planning, and diversity initiatives.Strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing strategic and tactic plans to meet critical business needs. Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders to develop actionable people strategies.Provide facilitation and change management consultation to senior leadership teams within the site to meet business objectives and advance the customer first culture through advice and coaching.Build organization and leader capability through the delivery of activities, tools, and assessments, aligned to the leadership model, business strategy, and operational goals.Utilizing strong and trusted relationships, provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to senior leaders.Analyze, compile and present data/key metrics to senior leadership to drive key decisions. Use and demonstrate continuous improvement tools and methodology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and tools.Daily work may be an even blend of tactical vs. strategic work in support of the business.Travel up to 10% of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Preferred Qualifications:
