ROLE SUMMARY
Reports to Sr Director Therapy Area and Product Learning Experience Lead. The Learning Experience Developer is accountable for the successful design and development of a high quality and valued therapy area and product learning experience for pharmaceutical sales customer facing colleagues. In this role, the Learning Experience Developer will lead and project manage the process for designing instruction: Analysis, Design, Development, and Evaluation for prioritized therapeutic areas and products and will work with Training Managers and other in-country colleagues who Deliver the programs to customer facing colleagues.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Scopes, initiates, plans and executes projects to create a blend of materials using modern learning methods for in line brands and therapy areas and new launch brands and therapy areas.Assess needs and forecast demands for new content developmentMonitor, manage and communicates status to multi-disciplinary teamsAlign closely and work collaboratively with the L&D team and other relevant colleagues to support training initiativesManage deliverables according to endorsed plans, budget and timelinesSynthesize critical business and market drivers, medical practice patterns and regulatory situations in major marketsDevelopment of novel training methodologies to increase impact of learning, sales training and efficiency of the L&D functionDevelop processes, as needed, and monitor activities related to content development and Pfizer Future of Training Content policy; ensure programs and projects are evaluated for effectiveness and customer satisfaction and that feedback is utilized as part of the continuous improvement process.

Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of experience in developing instructional materials for pharmaceutical customer facing colleagues in a major market and/or multiple markets

Master's degreeCertification(s) in Instructional Design or Project Management

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $189,700.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $102,500.00 to $170,800.00.
