The Streaming and Interactive Entertainment group builds a global streaming platform that includes a suite of applications and platform capabilities to support all our brands. This platform covers Search, Content Recommendations, Personalization, Catalog, Video, Subscriptions, and more. We build for connected TVs, web, mobile phones, tablets, and consoles for a large footprint of products and brands (Max, discovery+, Food Network, CNN, Golf TV, MotorTrend, Eurosport, and many more) This is a growing, global product and engineering group crucial to WBD's future.

  Your New Role...

  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manager, Product Insights & Enablement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication. As the Sr. Manager, you will be a critical thought partner supporting product team stakeholders, you will make the best of your skillset in analytics, BI, and statistics to drive strategic insights, analytics, and impact in support of the product lifecycle and continually improve how our customers experience Max.

  Your Role Accountabilities...

  Your efforts will help us scale to >100m customers and become a worldwide top 3 streaming company. You will be a key member of the Core Product team responsible for evolving and innovating our streaming services Max and discovery+.

  As a key contributor at WBD, you will:

  Translate business goals into agile, insightful analytics, create value for both stakeholders and customers, and convey findings in a clear, actionable way to product managers and senior leaders

  Proactively interact with the stakeholders and support them on prioritized initiatives through data-driven A/B tests at scale, and analytical exercises (preliminary data analysis, detailed data analysis, insights and reporting)

  Coordinate with analytics & data engineering teams to implement new metrics to track and drive improvements to the data environment.

  Explore new areas of opportunities to drive value and growth goals forward and coordinate with key stakeholders to prioritize and lead the changes..

  Monitor existing metrics, develop and propose new metrics, and work across the organization to make actionable intelligence available to your stakeholders.

  Qualifications and Experience...

  Good understanding of the media landscape and experience with subscriber products is required.Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems.Demonstrated ability to provide insight and accurate judgment in addressing and resolving challenges and opportunities.Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms / statistics / data mining and research methods.Strong people leadership skills.

  Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

  8+ years of professional experience driving performance optimization through the application of advanced decision sciences.Hands-on expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software/tools (e.g. SAS, SQL).Understanding of A/B testing and associated analysis.Comfortability with experimentation and mindset for ongoing testing and learning.

  The Legal Bits...

  In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $145,250.00 - $269,750.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
