Sr. Management Analyst II - CIV
Position Description
CGI is looking for a Sr. Management Analyst II with civil accounting experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Property and Accountable Asset Program Manager duties and responsibilities:
• Certified Professional Property Specialist will report to the Component PMO (Chief of Facilities and Administrative Services) and work with all property program accountable personnel to ensure the ability to account for personal property by providing a complete audit trail for property transactions from receipt to final disposition.
• The property program manager has a primary responsibility for maintaining personal property accountability records, including automated records, for the DOJ Civil Division.
• The property program manager ensures current, accurate and auditable accountable property records are available and auditable to support a clear audit trail.
• Lifecycle Management is a critical element and includes the overall process of monitoring, controlling, and accounting for assets throughout their life cycle (from the time funds are obligated until the asset is retired/disposed). Every change to the asset, every financial transaction associated with the asset, every time the asset is maintained, and every time the asset changes status, is recorded in a central system. By capturing data for each of these processes and then analyzing and reporting on this diverse information, the Department of Justice can establish a cradle-to-grave representation of the vast number of assets into which they have invested their resources. This information becomes the foundation for optimizing the use and deployment of all asset enterprises.
• Plan and Conduct Inventory and all related function IAW (In accordance with) policy, standards, and federal regulations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Must have relevant work experience
-Demonstrated customer service skills, including ability to communicate and respond to requirements under pressure
-Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
-All candidates must be able to obtain a DOJ MRPT clearance and meet all security requirements.
Hourly Rate: $32.21/hour
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
