Job Summary: The Sr. Human Resource Generalist will lead the Talent Acquisition team and have responsibilities for the administration of Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Performance Management of the personnel assigned to the Strike corporate office in Spring, TX. This role currently has one direct report.
Primary Job Function:
Develop, maintain, and administer procedures which deliver effective results and efficient processes within the areas of responsibility.
Define, track, and report key performance indicators of each of the areas of responsibility Identify and recommend short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks as metrics for key performance indicators.
Prepare ad hoc reports for Senior Leadership Team as requested.
Participate in special projects that support the organizational and functional objectives which will include the coordination with other internal functions to achieve deliverables of high quality and integrity in a timely manner
Conduct regular quality assurance assessments on processes and procedures within the area of responsibility to ensure process/procedure compliance and desired process discipline.
Provide continuous improvement action for candidate recruitment, employee onboarding and orientation, employee off-boarding, employee relations, talent development process, and performance management plans
Support other HR disciplines and organization functions as needed
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience:
5+ years of experience working in the human resources field. Sr. Generalist, Generalist, and/or specialist experience with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, mentoring programs, employee development programs, and performance management preferred.
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field or equivalent work experience. • Human resources certification preferred. • HRIS system experience preferredCompetencies:

Effective understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and data privacy.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar human resource management software and practices
