To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people and we are looking for a Sr. Director of WW eCommerce Commercial Management to help us do extraordinary things. Apple Retail is looking for an experienced leader, who will drive the Apple Store Online's eCommerce efforts globally. This leader will manage an experienced team accountable for global revenue generation efforts in AMR, EMEIA, and APAC. The Sr. Director of eCommerce Commercial Management plays a critical role in driving the performance of Apple's online business, accountable for the Apple Store Online revenue as well as commercial strategies and plans globally. This role manages business strategy, operations and performance management, both near term - by developing sales-driving opportunities - and long term, creating go-to-market country plans to achieve multi-year growth.

The Sr. Director of eCommerce Commercial Management will lead a dynamic, worldwide team of eCommerce leaders to drive long-term growth for the Apple Store Online. Working closely with internal team members across multiple departments, this role will be accountable for the Apple Online Store eCommercer performance - with a deep focus on both enhancing existing initiatives as well as developing new, innovative commercial programs and initiatives. Orchestrate all aspects of strategic eCommerce plans, including go-to-market planning, commercial strategies as well as key capability development. Generate and implement new commercial initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Apple Retail, Marcom, Product Marketing, Finance, and Operations to build effective and comprehensive growth plans. Evaluate emerging opportunities against financial objectives and brand fit, build business cases, as well as handle execution and optimization. Develop data-driven insights and recommendations, to influence cross-functional partners on new opportunities. Oversee key Online Store segments and verticals, including Education, SMB, and Refurbished products. Manage Retail's commercial campaign and promotions strategy and roadmap; including management system for leadership approvals. Lead the Online analytics team - supporting both commercial, marketing and experience functions. Continually benchmark other retailers, and be on top of forward-looking industry trends & consumer shopping behavior. Build, motivate and lead a highly functional, global team. Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing related field or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.

15+ years of eCommerce and commercial experience in a global capacity 10+ years of directly managing and developing high calibre teams. Experience in a multi-channel retailer a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $244,900 and $494,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
