Summary:
The Partner Acceleration Office Leader plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our partner program. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing partner relationships, ensuring partners are onboarded and enabled effectively, and driving partner adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
No-touch/low-touch Partner Support: Develop and implement processes and tools to provide partners with efficient and effective support without the need for human intervention.Partner Program, Systems, Onboarding: Develop and manage the partner program, including partner programs, systems, and onboarding processes.Region Partner Support: Provide support to partners in specific regions, including partner program execution, partner enablement, and deal registration/support.Deal Registration/Support, Tracking, Reporting: Manage deal registration and support, track partner performance, and generate reports on partner engagement and revenue.Communications, Enablement: Facilitating partner communication and enablement programsCertifications: Manage partner certification programs, tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in partner operations or a related leadership roleExperience in the software industry for large global playersProven track record of success in managing and growing partner relationshipsExperience with partner relationship management (PRM) softwareExperience in developing and implementing partner onboarding and enablement processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The OTE for this role in Colorado, Southern California and Rhode Island is $277,000 - $498,000
The OTE for this role in New York City and Northern California is $305,000 - $550,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
