  This is a full-time hybrid position in Scottsdale, AZ.

  Position Summary:

  CVS Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our team! As a Senior Coordinator within the NEJE Medicare Part D Premium Billing team at CVS Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing vital financial operations. This position encompasses a broad spectrum of duties, focusing on cash application for Individual and EGWP NEJE members, managing uncashed NEJE refunds, and collaborating with both internal and external business partners to address critical business needs.

  Key Responsibilities:NEJE Cash Application Oversight: Manage daily reconciliation processes, verify high-dollar transactions, process chargebacks, and handle unapplied payments.Refund and Adjustment Management: Process refunds for non-member checks and oversee adjustments for misapplied funds, including handling returned items and payment transfers.Member Inquiry Resolution: Address member questions regarding lockbox payments, utilizing multiple systems for research and providing guidance to members or banks for accurate and timely payment postings.Banking Partnership Leadership: Act as a co-leader and subject matter expert in the relationship with our banking partner, focusing on all cash-related processes.Premium Billing Process Management: Oversee premium billing operations, including member invoice validation, reconciliation, statement requests and response to various member inquiries.Premium Billing Employer Group Financial Support: Manage business-to-business accounts receivable inquiries, provide client support (such as invoice copies and billing questions), handle client payment postings, process refunds and write-offs, and manage a general email inbox for client and internal partner communications.Member-Driven Support: Respond to member requests for reissuing uncashed checks and manage the refund reversal process.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes are compliant with Federal regulations, maintaining a constant focus on legal requirements.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in finance, billing, or a related field, with a focus on accounts receivable, billing, payment applications, database management, and reconciliation.Preferred Qualifications:Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for financial data analysis.Initiative and Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to persistently complete tasks and provide updates following initial instructions.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex operational and financial contexts.Data Analysis: Experience in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of large data sets.MS Access: Moderate experience with Access databases, including running established queries and developing simple queries.Adaptability and Expertise: Proven ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop expertise, serving as a knowledgeable resource within the department and organization.Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, including familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and the ability to document work instructions effectively.Organizational Navigation: Demonstrated capability to interact and manage through various levels of the organization.Operational Efficiency: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.Bachelor's Degree preferred.Education:High School diploma or GED requiredBusiness Overview

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $18.50 - $34.60

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
