As a Senior Quality RN, you will monitor and support health plan quality improvement initiatives with particular emphasis on compliance with state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements including Performance Improvement Projects (PIP) and P4Q program. You will be responsible for the reporting and analysis of member care quality and for the development of plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using HEDIS and other tools.
Looking for a self-motivated healthcare professional with Quality Improvement (QI) experience. In this position, you will develop and support quality improvement activities and performance improvement projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing written reports and annual core documents, presenting analyses to customers and working collaboratively to improve the member experience. The Quality team is focused on improving the health of our members, enhancing our operational effectiveness and reinforcing brand and reputation for high - quality health plan.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted and active RN license in state of TX 3+ years of experience in health plan Quality Improvement (QI) 2+ years of experience in writing, developing, and implementing health care quality Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) using CMS Protocols 2+ years of experience in quality improvement models and tools (PDSA, Six Sigma) 2+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data for summary reports 1+ years of experience leading presentations (present reports to leadership) 1+ years of experience writing documents being sent to review by regulatory bodies 1+ years of experience in managing multiple projects independently while meeting project deadlines Knowledge and experience with national QI standards (NCQA, HEDIS®) Exemplary writing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Access to high-speed internet services along with space for home setup Reside in the state of Texas
