　　Department Overview

　　The Sr. Business Management Specialist role will support the Corporate Products and Services product management teams by providing product oversight guidelines to effectively monitor and manage product risks throughout their life cycle. This role will primarily focus on controls, compliance, AML, and fraud while supporting the commercial banking team. Working with product teams to document end-to-end processes for existing product and products in development to identify risks and develop controls to mitigate risks will be critical in this role. The Sr. Business Management Specialist will engage and build relationships with control partners, risk management and the compliance team. This role will have a strong focus on supporting the product teams to maintain compliance with the product governance framework. Staying informed about industry trends, emerging risks and new regulatory requirements will be critical to be successful within this role.

　　The Sr Business Mgmt Specialist leads a significant business management function and/or strategy planning, oversight, control or governance activities for highly complex / high risk / transformational (change the bank) / strategic initiatives, liaises across the organization and primarily interfaces with executive and/or functional stakeholders.

　　Job Requirements Generally accountable for a significant business management area that typically has enterprise wide impact or accountability Enterprise or functional expert, requiring broad managerial and deep specialized knowledge at the enterprise, business, regulatory and industry levels Undertakes and completes a variety of complex initiatives requiring seasoned specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes Position typically deals with senior/executive management Focus on longer-range planning for functional area (e.g. 12 months or greater) May manage and prioritize multiple projects at a given time
