Job Description:
The associate in this role provisions/deprovisions (additions, modifications, deletions, password resets) 150+ applications in support of the global population in Global Ops. He/she will facilitate requests with Lines of Business in the Bank to ensure the access requests are performed to meet SLA's. In certain situations these requests are time sensitive and will require urgent actioning to support daily processing. The individual will also support quarterly access reviews including assisting managers in completion of reviews and executing data analysis to ensure timely completion across the enterprise. In addition, the associate will provide expertise to the LOBs on various inquires around, provisioning, password resets and access reviews. The associate may provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within the team. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of operational/risk management and/or LOB experience.

Required skills:
- Experience (5+ years) in Global Markets, Operations, Risk Management, Information Security, Technology and/or Change Execution- Demonstrated ability to quickly build deep and broad business relationships and acumen. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and virtual environment.- Proven project planning / management experience- Ability to effectively lead teams- Demonstrated track record of delivering results- Process building/ re-engineering skills
