　　The Decision Sciences team works in partnership with cross functional teams within Peapod Digital Labs and the Ahold Delhaize great local brands to build a data-driven understanding of our customers. This team generates business value through advanced analytics and data visualization techniques including building predictive models and interactive dashboards to uncover insights. This also requires being an inspiring leader who will design an analytics plan that solves the business problem as well as the ability to clearly communicate results and translate technical concepts to business partners.
