This Sr BPA Manager position is eligible for the hybrid working model (face-to-face and virtual). Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
eliver core management reporting and financial planning processes to ensure an effective and timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information and analysis
• Design country revenue budget process, in alignment with the regional organization and country stakeholders, powered by AI (Artificial Intelligence)
• Build and maintain early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate advance warning for financial results and KPIs
• Lead the AI (Artificial Intelligence) agenda by engaging with business to make sure monthly runs will be executed with the proper data quality and needed actions are timely identified, followed-up and executed effectively
• Proactively drive performance and carry out value-added analyses on financial data with focus in sales trends
• Support the Finance and Organization's leadership team with financial analysis (including Risks & Opportunities analysis) recommending corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in preparing business cases, participating and value adding in future products

Role Requirements
Essential Requirements
• University degree in economics, Finance, or Business;
• Country and above country BPA experience;
• Fluency in English;
• 5+ years financial and / or operational experience;
• Strong and proactive business results-focus with high integrity, and proven ability to provide insights
• Expertise on business process modelling / Re-engineering;
