  About the Role

  CRM and Retention Marketing plays a vital role in the overall GoodRx growth strategy. GoodRx is expanding its retention marketing efforts to increase engagement and utilization of services valued by our customers and is looking for a talented analyst to help drive that growth.

  The Sr. BI Analyst will assist the Sr. Director of Business Intelligence in the strategy, optimization, and reporting of CRM initiatives and retention campaigns. In this role, you will partner closely with our CRM team - who are in charge of creating campaigns to increase member growth, engagement, utilization, and upsell/cross-sell through email, SMS, push notification, and in-app offers - to perform analysis, offer strategic insights and recommendation, and provide timely results reporting. You will also collaborate with our CRM Ops, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to enrich our data infrastructure and develop innovative new methods of measuring performance. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and strategic thinking who can transform complex analyses into actionable insights.

  An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.

  Responsibilities:

  Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators, set targets, measure and monitor performance, and provide insights and analysesLead analytic efforts to understand and report on customer behavior and business optimization opportunity (identify new customers, repeat business, reduce churn, improved channel and customer targeting methods)Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor business trends and maintain a pulse on overall KPI healthPerform full funnel analyses to identify optimization opportunities, synthesize findings into an actionable story, and make recommendationsEngage with Data Engineering to build out next-level data infrastructure/marketing toolsBrainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities in retention marketingSupport planning and measurement of tests (A/B, incrementality, pre/post)Brainstorm innovative measurement and attribution strategies for new and existing marketing initiatives

  Skills & Qualifications:

  5+ years in business intelligence or analytical role supporting multiple stakeholders; Masters degree in a quantitative field is preferredStrong SQL proficiency with joins, case statements, subqueries/temp tables, cast/convert, etc.Strong Excel proficiency (statistical functions, regressions, linest, etc.)Exceptional written and oral communication skillsProven ability to interpret data to find insights and drive recommendationsStrong quantitative and qualitative skillsExperience working with large datasetsData visualization skills (Looker, Tableau etc.)Experience with retention marketing campaign optimization (email, push, app)Experience building pipelines using DBT or Airflow is a plus

  At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

  San Francisco Office:

  $108,000.00 - $173,000.00

  New York and Seattle Offices:

  $99,000.00 - $158,000.00

  Santa Monica Office:

  $90,000.00 - $144,000.00

  Other Office Locations:

  $81,000.00 - $130,000.00
