WHO YOU ARE:
The Sr. Manager, Demand Gen and Partnerships will provide complete strategy and marketing campaign development, execution, and management for mid-market prospects and partners within PEX’s key industries. The objective is to build the foundations for demand gen, generating opportunities for the sales and partnerships teams, and driving customer acquisition and engagement through the development of “sell-through” programs. This is a key role on the marketing team with a hands-on role with activities that include strategy development, content creation, event execution, and program management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Demonstrate strong communication skills in managing relationships with prospects, partners, customers, and internal teams.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and onboarding processes
Work to optimize B2B marketing and sales funnels
Research and present tradeshow, conference, and sponsorship opportunities. Manage budgets, concepts, and negotiating contracts
Lead and mentor a small team of marketers
Work with our customer success team to tell our customer stories and build case studies
Manage PEX listings on affiliate and partner websites and marketplaces
Partner with the Product team to create, socialize and execute integrated campaigns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor market, using market intel to craft messaging and positioning
Create email communication and automation for lead generation
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 7 years experience in marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing
Experience in demand gen, account-based marketing, and event management - coordinating trade shows and conferences
Required B2B, SaaS, or fintech experience
Proven ability to collaborate across corporate functions (Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Product, and Sales)
Strong client-facing interpersonal skills- experience in nurturing a portfolio of partner relationships
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Canva, and Marketo is a strong plus.
