This role will support Inspire Brands and its subsidiaries and related entities by providing cost-effective and secure value-added cash management and Treasury services and up-to-date Treasury expertise and advice. This role will support cash forecasting and reporting and provide analysis, recommendations and support for current and future treasury, cash management and capital planning activities and strategic projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate longer-term cash forecasting and forecast variance analysis; collaborate with Treasury Cash Operations team to incorporate into cash position/modeling
Own cash position & forecasting Excel model enhancements with support from management as needed
Partner with FP&A, Capital Markets, AP, AR, and Payroll teams to continuously enhance existing cash flow forecast
Partner with “Cash Ops. & Bank Account Mgmt.” team / cross-train in business-critical daily activities (i.e. cash position, execution of wires, etc.)
Support implementation of Treasury strategic projects. Drive Treasury analytics priorities (i.e., define requirements for Treasury dashboards, collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to implement, educate users on dashboard functionality, etc.)
Drive acquisition integration activities (i.e., integrate Dunkin cash position processes to legacy Inspire, facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and process diligence with JJs, and support future brand M&A / divestiture integration activity)
Facilitate Aurora readiness (i.e., conduct process deep dives to understand SOX controls, and facilitate process improvements to address process gaps)
Facilitate corporate bank account rationalization; support the execution of future state bank account strategy
Additional strategic projects, as they arise/as directed Support investment management with policies, compliance, investment vehicle analysis, execution, and reporting
Support bank fee & ECR analysis & improvement Responsible for desktop procedures updated and responding to audit requests from internal and external auditors
Support franchisee financing, equipment finance, and supplier credit inquiry support
Other duties/responsibilities as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-Year degree required
Advanced degree preferred Certified Cash Manager (CCM), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, business management, quantitative analysis, or economics
Experience with GAAP and financial statement analysis
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
Advanced finance modeling skills; deep knowledge of corporate finance theory and practices and demonstrating strong valuation and quantitative finance skills.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (or similar).
Intermediate level experience in project management (for example planning, organizing, and executing upon assignments to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives)
