Sr. Analyst, Fleet Sustainability Execution & Monitoring role will support a timely and cost-effective transition to sustainable assets and infrastructure for alternative fuel vehicles. This will involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing results, and communicating results to stakeholders. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Fleet sustainability commitments and strategic initiatives are executed on time and on budget.
Flexible Work Policy: The Sr. Analyst, Fleet Sustainability Execution & Monitoring position has been segmented as Hybrid, meaning the work is a combination of onsite (only 2 days per month) and virtual. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Rosemont, IL.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support operationalizing the alternative fuel vehicle deployment execution plans based on the sustainability strategic roadmap, ensuring appropriate considerations are applied when needed
• Execute on time and on budget deployments of new sustainable assets and infrastructure, including communication and escalation of any issues, risks to budget and benefit realization
• Build relationships and communicate with electric vehicle manufacturers, utility providers, construction companies, and infrastructure suppliers to test, validate, and implement capabilities for the company's business units
• Work with multiple third-party vendors during site installation, supporting the completions of multiple implementations at a given time
• Monitoring and track identified key performance indicators (KPIs), sharing results with relevant cross-functional partners, and continuously track progress towards budget and goals based on expected timelines and impacts
• Gather and analyze results on an ongoing basis to effectively audit progress towards Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) goals and monitor and track alternative fuel vehicle performance for continual process improvement
• Support designing, testing, and deploying new data monitoring reporting tools internally, as needed
• Provide inputs to transition, communication, and training plans to Maintenance Operations teams once alternative fuel vehicle transitions are steady state

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of strategy, finance, supply chain, logistics, sustainability, construction, facilities and/or property management experience or related experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with the ability to present clear and concise information to key stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with consistency in quality
• Ability to manage time and balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines
• Adaptable to new technologies and tools
• Travel up to 50% of the time to distribution centers or other facilities based on sustainability goals
EDUCATION
• Bachelor's Degree, in business operations, construction management, engineering, supply chain, sustainability, or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices related to sustainability practices, preferably in the foodservice or transportation industry
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau, Power Bi or equivalent tools
