　　Sr. Analyst, Capital Markets and Analytics - Resolution and Recovery Planning Office

　　Within Capital Markets and Analytics, Resolution and Recovery Planning Office (RRPO) is a critical regulatory compliance function that requires banks to develop strategies, actions, and execution plans to recover from extreme financial stress and, in the event of a failure, to resolve the bank with minimal losses to depositors. The RRPO is responsible for managing and overseeing the resolution and recovery plan development and related processes, including coordination with business partners across all parts of the organization and major risk-management functions. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, and analytical professional who excels in a team environment. This associate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly. They should also have experience in proactively driving work across functions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Development of guidance to 1st Line of Defense process owners engaging in Resolution and Recovery PlanningDrive risk and control self-assessments for the Resolution and Recovery Planning ProgramOwnership of key Recovery and Resolution Planning control and governance artifacts to ensure alignment with industry best practicesMonitor compliance with internal and regulatory requirementsAutomate and enhance Resolution and Recovery Planning governance infrastructure and processes

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field, or military experienceAt least 2 years of experience in Finance or Risk Management

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　At least 4 years of experience in Finance or Risk Management, preferably with internal or external audit background or big four accounting firmsInternal or external audit background or Big Four accounting firmsAt least 1 year's experience in at least one scripting language such as Python, SQL, ect.Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in FinanceWell versed in the legal and technical writingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailsGood understanding of capital, liquidity, and operational risk management principles
