Overview
The Sr. Lead Product Manager will support the Reporting and Analytics for Restaurants (RAR) Portfolio in delivering best-in-case analytical capabilities to our Operators and Team Members. They are responsible for ensuring that the products delivered via the Operator-facing reporting & analytics platform meet user needs and requirements, and for maximizing the business value of those products for the business.
This requires a person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and agile mindset with the enthusiasm and ability to develop trusted relationships and influence leaders and colleagues across the enterprise, including IT. The role requires a self-starter who can work under broad direction, capable of stewarding new reporting & analytics products to execution via content launch on the Operator-facing reporting & analytics platform. Strong consultative and communication skills are key to success in this role and the ability to translate, interpret, visualize, and share outcomes to people at all levels of data literacy. It also requires strong agile project management skills.

Responsibilities
Aligns with business users and stakeholders on product requirements, scopes and plans product release cycles for business intelligence/analysis products in Analytics Hub. Stakeholder communication includes coordinating communication between the team and content owners, managing content owner expectations and timelines. Manages the product development backlog within Analytics Hub. Backlog management includes converting backlog to tasks, setting priorities, and partnering with Scrum Master on Backlog Refinement. For advanced analytics products, coordinates the work of a virtual full-stack execution team comprised of ED&A Data Engineers and Data Scientists, and DTT DSP Technical Product Owners and ML Engineers to develop and deploy functionality and deliverables needed to drive product success. Responsible for identifying and managing any potential ethical or regulatory issues related to the design and operation of the products within their portfolio or their down-stream use by the business.
Specific tasks for this role include:
Product Backlog Management
- Convert Backlog to Tasks and set Priority
- Partner with Scrum Master on Backlog Refinement
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate communication between product team and content owners
- Manage content owner expectations and timelines
Acceptance Testing and Launch Support
- Test content for performance, security, and correctness
- Create change management plans ahead of new content launches
Monitor Product Effectiveness
- Understand user behavior and prescribe enhancements
- Track platform adoption and establish product success metrics
Minimum Qualifications
Consulting experience leading and influencing outcomes for broad-reaching, complex data and analytics or business intelligence products that drive measurable business value working in an agile environment Strong skills in understanding complex business problems and designing business intelligence/analysis solutions for business needs Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating business intelligence or analytics teams and project work Strong experience with Tableau & ThoughtSpot Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the fields of analytics, business intelligence, or reporting Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and analytics concepts Excellent project management and organizational skills, including experience with agile methodologies Translates complex initiatives into objectives & supporting plans For the products of focus, influences product strategy & priorities across the organization Coordinates programs with multiple collaborative teams and workstreams anticipating and removing program roadblocks Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Builds strong trusted relationships with technical and non-technical people at all levels across the enterprise Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Has the skill to partner with cross-functional teams using strong written and verbal communication Solid understanding of Restaurant or Service business and range of data, potential analytical measurement & models needed at the enterprise level Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Fast learner and proven problem solver Generates value through measurable business outcomes Oversees change management initiatives resulting from new products
Preferred Qualifications
8-10 years experience Experience with organizational key performance measurement, leading change management initiatives; agile software development (e.g., JIRA), innovation, or design thinking Expert level experience with Tableau & ThoughtSpot
