Job Description
Adobe's Global Tech Partners Organization is seeking an Sr Administrative Assistant to join its high-paced and exciting partner sales, programs and business development team. We are looking for a motivated administrative professional to support the group that is driving innovative ecosystem sales accelerators and programs to fuel Adobe's GTM bringing digital experiences to our customers!
What you'll do
Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Global Tech PartnersExtensive scheduling and calendar coordinationFilter and handle requests for internal & external commitmentsCoordinate special projects including team off-sites, team building activities, and all-hands meetingsRun meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, presentation equipment, and catering as applicableCoordinate new hire logistics for the teams, working with Facilities team when needed for seating requirements, working with IT on computer equipment, and overall onboarding supportRegularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide backup for vacation/illnessMaintain organization charts, Outlook mailing lists, and other department-wide supportProvide travel planning support for both domestic and international travel. Includes booking air travel, hotel, ground transportation, and other travel logisticsProcess business expense reimbursement requests, and invoicesWhat is needed to succeed:
Experience interacting with partners, customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Exceedingly well organized and detailed oriented; enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a VP and team.Ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible, continually improves the administrative process for great efficiency.Experience in project management dealing in multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlinesHighly proficient in analysis and problem-solving skills.Expert-level writing and verbal communications skills; strong judgment and decision-making skills.Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings; experience scheduling travel arrangements.High level of trust, discretion, drive ownership.Ability to synthesize information and create reports.EA has "ear-to-the-ground" among staff and can sense morale issues if they arise.Be a team player, able to work on own initiative in a dynamic and challenging environmentAbility to demonstrate initiative and honed organizational skills.Strong knowledge of MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $66,300 -- $142,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
