The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated SR Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Head of Americas Sales Operations and team.
What You'll Do
Extensive scheduling and calendar coordinationGeneral travel arrangements, domestic & internationalFilter and manage requests for internal & external commitmentsCoordinate special projects including, offsites, team building activities and all-staff meetingsLook for opportunities to streamline efforts and improve processes including budget coordinationSubmit and maintain expense reportsAttend staff meetings and capture key outcomes and actionsRegularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
What You Need to Succeed
BA/BS degree or 4-6 years of senior administrative experience; experience supporting a human resources organization a plusDemonstrate strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal directionPositive, proactive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environmentExceptional ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines with little directionStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, business acumen and timely follow-throughExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsHandles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretionConfidence and strong decision-making skillsProven mastery of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel; proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud a plusEagerness to build a network with other executive assistants at Adobe and cooperate as a teamAbility to travel occasionally to provide support at events/conferences

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $66,300 -- $142,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
