　　If you have a passion for financial accuracy and timeliness, this position is for you. With a keen understanding of the payable cycle, you will establish relationship with inter-companies and external suppliers, as well as key cross-functional teams, to ensure the accuracy of the costs to support company's financial results. You will have an opportunity to build strong interpersonal alliances to understand and mitigate risk. In addition, the position holder will identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities and support leadership in achieving of business objectives.

　　What you will do?

　　The Accounts Payable Specialist performs moderately sophisticated tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of AP and other financial matters.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process supplier invoices, including inventory and non-inventory vendorsReview discrepancy reports, follow up with other departments to resolve quantity, product, tax variancesEnsure that suppliers' statements remain current and maintain good relationship with themParticipate in the company's PPI project and improve process efficiencyAssist Inventory/AP team in other tasks and ad hoc duties

　　Education and Experience:

　　College diploma in AccountingPrevious work experience in finance area considered an assetProficient with Microsoft Outlook and ExcelStrong keyboarding and organizational skills; must be detail orientedAbility to look after issues and complaints in encouraging mannerExcellent oral and written communication skillsOpen to change and learn new skills
