SPV Administrative Manager
Wilmington, Delaware
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

CSC is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, team player to join our SPV Management team. We are looking for a candidate who has accounting, banking, legal and corporate governance background, along with strong organization and communication skills to assist our Transaction Managers in managing new and existing SPV client relationships.
The candidate must excel at delivering superior client service including providing timely and accurate delivery of service, maintaining comprehensive client records on our CRM, providing expertise and assistance at every stage of the entity's life cycle, and communicating professionally with the team and clients throughout the service model. It is essential that the candidate has an aptitude for "getting things done" and are able to work well both in a team environment as well as independently.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client data in our CRM (Salesforce) Preparing meeting materials and conference rooms for Board meetings Recording incoming/outgoing cash activity in QuickBooks Processing vendor and tax payments on behalf of the clients' entities Obtaining online bank statements for financial reporting tasks Reviewing and responding to client requests Facilitating signatures on legal documents and distributing as needed Managing workload via Salesforce, Outlook Calendar, and Tasks Reviewing and submitting quarterly payroll and CSC fee batches Onboarding new clients per onboarding per guidelines and procedures Facilitating opening or updating bank accounts at various Banking Institutions Opening and Updating bank account paperwork as needed Working collaboratively with other CSC teams Off-boarding closing clients per guidelines and procedures
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance Ability to prioritize Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a multitude of simultaneous tasks Attention to detail and confidentiality of information Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Active Listening Skills Proactive, self-starter Strong Microsoft Office Product Suite skills Experience participating in driving process improvements or automating business processes as an end user - a plus Experience within the capital markets or working with special purpose vehicles - a plus Accounting or Paralegal experience - a plus Background in Trust is a plus #LI-HL1
