Job Summary
The specialist Service Performance Operations (SPO) Governance & Documentation is responsible for managing required processes, policies, and procedural governance for the successful execution of IT processes. SPO compliance efforts are focused on ensuring that the agreed-on KPIs, standards and processes are realized, clearly documented and adhered to. The specialist participates in creation and management of adequate framework. He/She will manage Service Performance governance via various mechanisms an forums, create and maintain required dashboards as part of the governance framework, create and maintain process documentation.
Main Responsibilities
• Provide support of the Architecture modelling tool and framework
• Support Service Performance Operations mandate by managing the governance framework on a recurring basis (as prescribed)
• Manage calendar of monthly and quarterly investigations and analysis
• Compile and summarize results and findings Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to the governance framework with the aim to reduce effort on I&T teams while maintaining strong control and visibility on key performance indicators
• Support Process Specialists in adherence and adoption of the Service Performance Operations framework acrrros I&T
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards (using Tableau and PowerBI) required to provide tactical and strategic visibility to teams and leadership on process adherence and associated risks
• Create clear, innovative documentation (using Confluence and SharePoint) based on best practices to support process adoption across I&T
Working Conditions
The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). The role may require occasional business travel ( < 5%) to Montreal HQ to meet the architecture team.
Requirements
Education/Certification/Designation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Communications or similar domain
Experience and Competencies
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Impactful communications, leadership and adapts to the audience through speech and writing

• Knows the business and stays current with industry trends to elevate expertise
• Demonstrates organizational and planning abilities, including but not limited to decision making, problem solving and prioritization

• Demonstrates analytical, strategic and critical thinking and a broad vision when making decision
• Familiar with key principles of Cybersecurity Governance Risk and Compliance
• Strong command of the office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), Power Automate
• Strong knowledge in Tableau and PowerBi (or other reporting tools)
• Strong knowledge of Confluence and usage of Confluence Macros
• Continuous process improvement
• Process mapping and managing agile sprints is a plus (Business Analyst experience)
• Knowledge of Data ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) is a plus
