　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Understand company and group goals/strategies and execution plans, take action on your own, and contribute.Promote the team's DX, and be responsible for determining the ideal state of data utilization, formulating the optimal process for these, selecting individual solutions, and "implementing" them. It is necessary to manage a series of tasks such as requirements definition, design, and construction.In the logistics process, we will also ask you to develop and implement machine learning systems as necessary. Research, organization, and analysis of data and existing processes are also required as preliminary work.Have the ability to understand and analyze business flows, constraints, etc., and use Python coding and Power BI to automate and improve productivity.Understand that team diversity brings out great team strength and have the flexibility to actively accept differences from others as long as they are good. Maximize team performance and provide practical services.Communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders, including the Global/Regional Team, 3PL, etc., and collaborate to contribute to customers.Thoroughly ensure compliance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and other laws.Perform continuous improvement and optimize operations.Provide stable and sustainable services to customers.Perform quick troubleshooting, corrective action, and preventive action against issues.Participate/lead various projects and contribute to their success.
