Experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture 5+ years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions Knowledge of software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks Excellent leadership and influencing skills Experience working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously Experience working with vendors and contractors Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Engineering/ Technical background preferred

As a solution architect, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with other team members and business stakeholders during the full lifecycle development process. Become the Repair & Shared Services Domain champion and design repair solutions that enhances customers' E2E repair service experience across multiple service channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements and perform high level systems impact analysis for new business initiatives Perform Requirement/ Functional Detailed analysis to deliver End-to-End Solutions in collaboration with multiple business, engineering and cross functional teams Ensure proper requirement traceability and delivery during development and Integration Testing Provide solution hand-off and training for the new features to Operations and Production Support teams

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
