  We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Site IT Manager to help support our end user services and core services teams.

  Site IT Manager independently provide comprehensive IT support for the F5 APAC region including production datacenters/systems, voice and data networks and equipment, PCs and workstations, and test/development lab infrastructure. Also he/she will coordinate extensively with Global IT and Seattle IT team to ensure consistency of operations and end user support procedures.

  What You'll Do

  Operations: Deploy, maintain, and execute procedures for highly effective and reliable site IT operations. Will provide direct support to product development, test, and manufacturing sites. Utilize appropriate tools and utilities to facilitate operations monitoring. Administer operations applications, e.g., backups, system monitoring, logging. Initiate action to ensure problems and potential error conditions are promptly and appropriately addressed.

  Network: Support Network team as needed to deploy and maintain site network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability for local LANs, Internet, and corporate WAN connectivity.

  PCs/Desktops: Work closely and effectively with Desktop Support team members to provide end user PC support.

  IT service: Deliver Quality IT Service and ensure that a quality and consistent service will be delivered to all our internal users; maintains a strong relationship with the regional business leaders to maintain high IT service levels according to defined SLA • IT end to end support: Monitor the IT ticket queue closely and handle tickets timely to ensure process meet our IT SLA,

  Telecomm: Provide first-level support for telephone operations in multiple offices, including local vendor coordination as needed for adds/moves/changes and system maintenance.

  Equipment: Maintain computer hardware; ensure cleanliness and organization in equipment rooms; verify all equipment and cabling is properly installed for safety, reliability and neatness.

  What You'll Bring

  Bachelor's degree in a computer discipline, or equivalent applicable experience. Technical certifications highly desirable.

  Regional experience within APAC region.

  Experience in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting with Windows 10, Mac OS X, VRTX storage, O365, JAMF, MDM, DEP and Windows server Platform, cloud based service, virtualization technology (VMWare), network engineering skills (switches, routers, Aruba, Meraki, BIG-Ips), and telecommunications equipment (phones, Zoom Room)
