Shift Leaders must be able to perform all Crew position duties, andtrain and supervise Crew Members. Plan, organize and implement all dailyoperational routines and activities, monitor and maintain properstaffing level and labor costs, and open and close as needed. ShiftLeaders must be at least 18 years of age. Be in possession of or obtaina food handler\'s permit within 30 days of starting. Stand, bend andstoop for long periods of time, work with various cleaning products andbe able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess basic math skills.
