Overview
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for Paychex ESR clients . Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Handle an individual book of clients.Take inbound and outbound calls to obtain client informationUpdates clients health premium informationUtilizes Excel for reporting, client list, etcAssist other team members with their book of business during busy season
Qualifications
1 year of Contact center or call center experience - preferredproficient in MS Excel and experience working with salesforce is preferred Employee benefits, health insurance, or claims experience - preferred
