This exciting leadership role will oversee the Brand Marketing group and lead strategic initiatives across global marketing channels including social, influencer, digital, PR and creative. Reporting to the CMO, this role will spearhead the execution of the strategic brand vision, managing campaigns, product launches and programs to fulfill brand and sales objectives.
A core part of the role will be leading integrated marketing – collaborating with channel leads on the strategic and successful development of Go-To-Market strategies and the roll-out of priority projects. This role will lead the creation and manage the delivery of fully integrated campaigns across marketing, digital, and communications to ensure maximum impact, efficiency, and alignment across all company functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong luxury sector experience and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. Experience leading brand marketing, global campaigns, media planning and communications at a high-growth consumer brand or integrated marketing agency is preferred. This position requires an excellent cross-functional leader with experience managing integrated, global teams with a hands-on approach. Must be highly organized, with superior communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and creative solutions to the organization and excel at successfully bringing them to life.
WHAT YOU DO
Lead integrated planning, program development and management across all marketing channels and regions including U.S., U.K., Europe and Asia
Lead the development of 360° brand and product campaigns through strategic brief development, leading channel roll-out plans and driving creative excellence
Oversee brief development and gain alignment with CEO/CMO, ensuring teams create thoughtful, actionable briefs that achieve relevance and impact with the target consumer
Oversee implementation of marketing plans, providing detailed direction for each channel and its associated assets including timing, messaging and creative execution
Spearhead audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
Lead research and data for the marketing division, identifying key industry, consumer and cultural insights and apply them to the planning and creation process
Establish key performance metrics for programs; provide regular reports and sentiment analysis
Provide in depth analysis of post-campaign performance, and derive actionable insights that support results and recommendations for future investments
Collaborate with key business leaders across product, visual merchandising, operations and finance to support the development and successful execution of GTM plans
Research and stay up to date with competitor programs, provide on-going updates and new ideas; maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and creative techniques
Drive brand growth, ensuring Hourglass brand identity, messaging and tone of voice is represented across all marketing touchpoints
Execute all programs on-brand, to budget and with excellence
QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of marketing leadership experience at an agency or high-growth consumer brand
Deep experience of the luxury sector with a digital-first mindset
Ability to clearly articulate strategy and feedback that motivates teams to achieve business goals
Track record of successfully managing multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes
Experience targeting multiple demographics with sophisticated market segmentation approach
Exceptional understanding of the creative process and an ability to effectively lead briefings, collaborate and manage teams to deliver on project goals
Extremely high standards, detail-oriented, natural problem solver that thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment
Passionate about developing an iconic luxury brand
The expected base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $275,00 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan , based on personal performance and company results.
