  Position Overview

  We are looking for a Senior Value Consultant to join our Global Value Practice in EMEA to engage with our customers and customer-facing teams to identify, plan, and measure the value of achieving their outcomes with Autodesk. You will report to the Global Practice Leader, and this job can be fully remote or hybrid.

  Responsibilities

  Use value-based methodologies to identify customer goals, value metrics, and proposed solutionsConduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce value proposals to justify investment in solutionsCollaborate with sales, success and customers to create compelling executive presentations to secure funding for their programsHelp customers and sales & success teams with success planning, value tracking & measurement, and confirming value realized from Autodesk investmentsContribute to customer case studies and success stories.Advise, coach, and help customer-facing teams deliver a consistent value experience for customers across the entire lifecycleCreate scalable and repeatable tools, methodologies and best practices to enhance value management capabilities within the team and across the companyStorytelling, and experience establishing communication and engagement with prospectsThe ability to explain strategy and concepts to a wide array of audiences including executives, practitioners, and our customer-facing teamsThe ability to think dynamically about outcomes, products, and solutionsA consultative approach to sales and customer successExcellent relationship skills

  Minimum Qualifications

  You have 5-7 years in value, management or strategy consulting, professional services, sales, solution engineering, value engineering or customer successYou have 3+ years direct engagement with customers in Senior Management, Executive, or C-Suite rolesDemonstrated proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis, and able to conduct independent researchExperience explaining financial models, conducting executive level conversations, and value methodologiesExperience coaching customer-facing teamsYou have an ability to simplify complex technical information for a variety of audiences

  Additional Qualifications

  Experience in sales, success, or value consultant roles for a technology companyExperience with outcome-based selling and approachDesire to collaborate across geographically diverse teamsExperience with change management methodologiesBackground in related industry

  Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
