In practical terms, paired with an experienced team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with potential employers through strategic calls and service proposals, utilizing a database and an integrated management system;
Maximizing existing business relationships with active clients;
Proactively establishing connections with active and passive job seekers, involving various job postings, recruitment, use of social networks, candidate follow-ups, to remain a significant player in their job searches, whether active or confidential;
Acting as an advisor to support employers in their search for potential candidates: ensuring the proper definition of recruitment needs, job requirements, the sought profile, etc.;
Managing the entire recruitment process (sourcing and headhunting professionals in engineering, presenting candidates to the client, administrative management (CRM) of interviews with clients, conducting follow-ups after meetings, etc.);
Conducting weekly interviews, reference checks, file verifications, etc.
Monitoring performance indicators set by the company, following the annual budget.
Qualifications:
For this opportunity, we are looking for a versatile profile that can react quickly while being detail-oriented, attentive to the needs of employers and candidates, integral, and results-oriented.
The essentials include:
More than 5 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, and/or human resources
Excellent teamwork skills
Curiosity
A constant desire to learn and develop,
The ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a placement/headhunting agency (asset)
knowledge of the industrial industries
