　　Essential duties and responsibilities

　　Manage and resolve incidentsWork directly with Icertis and IT teams to provide technical support to Legal and end usersAct as the first responder to address and resolve severity 1 and severity 2 issuesConduct troubleshooting, identify root cause, deliver short term and long term solution, and communicate statusProvide support for Icertis integration with Salesforce, DocuSign, and Single Sign-onManage Icertis user privileges, perform periodic user access reviews, and de-provision usersSupport Legal' s development of contract templates and process workflowsProvide support for contract migration, metadata extraction using Discover AI, and Icertis analyticsWork closely with Legal to plan and implement future enhancements and integrations

　　Job Requirements

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field2 to 5 years of relevant technical and functional experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platformIcertis Certified technical or functional professional preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetailed-oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills

　　Pay Range: $110,822 to $131,744.
