Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, Javascript). 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization. Experience creating roadmaps for execution, including timelines and projected engineering resources.
Experience with full-stack, including quality, infrastructure and feature development, with the knowledge of AI/ML.
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and understand complex interdependencies of a large-scale infrastructure.
Excellent technical acumen, with the ability to balance trade-offs, tactical and strategic needs.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing, collaborative and diverse team.Develop and grow talent through mentoring, coaching, planning and retention strategies for key talent.
Define the strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaborations with partners such as Product Management, UX, and Technical Program Managers to create, drive and deliver a differentiating and delightful experience to our users.
Solve problems related to interactions between different search components like query, user, and knowledge understanding. Guide all technical aspects of development, including technical requirements definition, design, implementation, unit testing, and integration.
Work with horizontal teams in Search to identify opportunities to make our offering robust, scalable, and empower next-generation Search. Collaborate with various vertical teams in the Search organization via joint projects.
