Camping World is seeking a Senior Regional Field Recruiter to support our Southeast Regions. Ideally candidate will be local to Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia.
As a Senior Regional Field Recruiter you will be responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment for various roles within Camping World's Field Operations including; Dealerships, Retail Stores, Service & Maintenance, Distribution Centers and Call Centers. You will work closely with regional leadership and the Manager Field Recruiting to create and execute hiring and sourcing strategies to hire the best talent possible and deliver an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do:
Utilize multiple candidate sources (job boards, recruitment fairs, direct sourcing, etc.) as well as being able to discover/develop new recruiting avenues
Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs
Interview candidates for a variety of positions within the organization
Manage candidates through the ATS
Negotiate offers and complete pre-employment screening
What You Need to Have for the Role:
Proven success in recruiting candidates from entry level to management level
Demonstrated ability to think differently about recruiting - maximizing our current resources and also stepping away from the job boards and into different realms to bring in top quality candidates
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in a high volume recruitment environment
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Exceptional follow-up skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel as needed
Minimum 6+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in the fields of retail, skilled trades, and sales
The pay range for this role is: $95,000 - $120,000 dependent on experience.
