  Who we’re looking for:

  You are a competitive person who thrives on relationship building. You enjoy a mission-driven, fast paced environment where the work you put in daily directly impacts the growth of a cutting edge, trailblazing company. You have a proven track record of success hiring senior and hard to place candidates and are highly capable of working autonomously. You can run a smooth well organized end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates to add value to our already strong teams. You are organized, driven and eager to work with A-players.

  What you'll do:

  Identify, source, screen and close both technical and non-technical top tier talent Utilize recruiting tools such as Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms to identify talent for position requirements Work directly with executive-level hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of an end-to-end talent search Recruit and hire the future leaders of Skillz Your Skillz:

  7+ years of recruiting experience, 4+ recruiting experience in technology (a mix of agency and corporate  experience is preferred) Able to build and manage strong and lasting relationships with even the most senior candidates and executives Track record of success, demonstrated through metrics and/or in-company advancement Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior candidates (manager/director+) autonomously, including "hard to fill" roles Metrics and processed focused as a means to generating repeatable success   Ability to pick up new systems and technology quickly if you don’t know it already (e.g., google docs, google drive, applicant tracking systems) Our Perks

  Skillz offers competitive compensation packages with a salary, bonuses, and restricted stock grants. Generous company-paid benefits, time-off, leave, 401k match, etc. Check out our career page for more information. Compensation starting at $110000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including leveling, experience, and location.
