Responsibilities:
• Initiate/Create the project and scope definition including (1) planning, (2) resource allocation, (3) financial summary, (4) technical information, (5) manufacturing and
(6) supplier strategy, linked to new applications development.
• Develop a detailed project plan per the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) of the NPI process with allocated resources and deliverables to each step
• Align the timing plan with (1) key customer engine development and (2) linked base product development key milestones
• Maintain the project plan regularly with accurate data and escalate to the customer and key stakeholders any deviations to the baseline
• Deliver to commitment as per scope, cost, quality, timing and deliverables of the project, in line with organizational strategy and goals
• Implement and drive a robust review mechanism with stakeholders to execute successfully the agreed plan
• In case of any deviation to baseline, follow NPI change management process to identify and drive mitigation actions to address any issues compromising the initial
• Identify & deploy any project modification following NPI change management process
• Manage customer change request following NPI chanage management process
• Monitor, achieve and report Program management KPIs
• Drive customer satisfaction and seek for regular feedback on launch performance
• Drive systemic changes and operate/decide outside standard framework
• Assess and identify risks (technical, manufacturing, supplier, business/ cost, baseline)
• Anticipate issues in advance and escalate issues timely to the right stakeholder level to get support.
• Mitigate risks (action plan and execution) and escalate to leadership when required
• Plan, secure and control Product cost evolution through Application Lead Engineer (BOM cost), Electric and Eletronic Lead Engineer
• Plan, secure and control Project Budget and resources expenses (RD&E, CAPEX) including customer funding
• Having full ownership of the program and being business acumen of the financial deliverables
• Delegate efficiently to the team members and stakeholders and hold them accountable to the agreed targets
• Resolve conflict between project stakeholders
• Motivate the team to adhere to the agreed plan and deliver per target
• Influence decisions to a positive outcome for the project completion
• Guiding and driving teams to solve issues on the right level before escalating
• Coaching and leading by example the project team across cultures and geographical regions
• Drive, coordinate and challenge all functions and disciplines for the project (supplier, eCOE, Eng, AME)
• Professionally handling of unclear issues
• Comfortable to manage ambiguity
• Report accurate forecast of your project portfolio, monitor implementation and escalate to the Leadership team any deviations on budget (CAPEX, RD&E), deliverables,
resources etc.
• Lead regular project reviews with the stakeholders such as (1) Project Review Meeting, (2) Escalation meetings, (3) Deep dive review on unresolved issues
• Direct communication with ISC, Engineering, Customer Management, Finance at project level.
• Prepare and present a formal status report to relevant committees and obtain approval at key project Phase Gate exit reviews
• Guidance on NPI process and influence at project level all stakeholders
• Authorize sourcing and manufacturing activities
• Be a role model of active listener as well as accurate and factual information share
• Tailor communication to audience
• Be leader for driving customer interactions with ADs
Requirements:
-7+ years experience in Program, Customer management, Engineering management, Operations Management in the automotive industry
-Solid (Proficient) knowledge in program management discipline - Multi-system integration-Scope and Schedule management (and Product development/Engineering or
Sales or Supply Base or Quality, Logistics)
-PMP or PMI or PRINCE 2 Certification is mandatory
-3+ years experience in managing teams in challenging technical and global environments
-Basic (not expert level) understanding of the product/technical background in order to comfortably handle technical topics with Engineering/NPI team
- Experience in implementing / using A-spice framework
- Previous customer exposure in automotive industry environment is a plus
- Experience in sector combining hardware and software development is mandatory

• Comfortably interacts with customers and cross functional teams at all levels of organizational structure
