Botify is a complex, and rapidly evolving software platform and services provider with a wide range of potential uses for different customers. To effectively communicate these to the world, we are expanding our Product Marketing team and looking for a curious, creative, data-driven, and collaborative Senior Product Marketing Manager.
At Botify, Senior Product Marketing Managers are responsible for bridging the gap between what our technology can do and why that matters (or could matter!) to different audiences. You will help shape the product, drive launch and commercialization, and grow product adoption post-launch. This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days/week in the New York office.
Your responsibilities:
Develop cross-functional, go-to-market strategies and drive well-executed product launchesCraft solution-based narratives and differentiated positioning for our target audiences to highlight Botify's products and services in the marketEnable sales and client-facing teams with compelling content, use cases, and qualitative proof points to help drive pipeline and adoptionUnderstand the problems, emotions, and pain points of our customers to inform the product roadmap and marketing prioritiesPartner with the marketing team (content, field, and brand) to create programs to increase customer engagement and adoption, as well as execute global and regional campaigns and eventsDevelop and launch internal training in collaboration with the commercial enablement team to help drive adoption
Your qualifications:
4+ years of direct product marketing experienceExperience inside a business-to-business (B2B), software-as-a-service (Saas) organizationStrong creative problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; a storytellerAbility to write at a high, general level with necessary over-simplifications as well as the ability to write with a more precise level of technical accuracyComfortable running small training groups, hosting product-driven webinars, and having non-sales-related conversations with customersExcellent organization skills; able to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and keep various work streams on trackYou are ambitious and eager to make an impact at Botify
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
