As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions for our dispensing platform. The successful delivery on our next generation software solution would be the focus on this role in partnership with our hardware and cloud platform teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in driving product development within complex projects. You should also have strong technical background primarily in software development and aligning to expected business outcomes with excellent written and oral communication skills. You should be able to support and guide your teams through challenging situations and into thoughtful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product and feature vision to software requirementsCollaborate and communicate to collaborators, customers, and partners with a solution attitudeUnderstand and own the design, development, and launch of features, products and services into production optimallyGather and analyze customer feedback and data to measure feature performance and user happinessDetermine desired outcomes to meet the unmet needs of our customers and resolutions to problematic situationsPresent product, feature, and service updates to internal and external stakeholdersTrack, eliminate, and mitigate potential risks related to assigned ownership areas
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in cloud-related product management or similar roleExperience in leading feature work within a complex infrastructure such as on-premises, cloud, or hybrid solutionsWeb technology and agile methodology experienceKnowledge of software project management tools such as Jira, Aha, Polarion, and Team CenterStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-oriented mindset and desire to create great solutions
