Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Checkout & Payment Acceptance group and lead one of the two Checkout squads.Summary:The Payments team is a group committed to crafting and maintaining a resilient, streamlined, and scalable payments platform for buyers, sellers, and Company globally. Available in 47 countries, Company payments enables buyers and sellers to transact in 21 currencies and offers several different methods to pay for items on our site. The Checkout & Payment Acceptance group is focused on building the best purchase experience for buyers shopping - from the moment buyers are ready to checkout, to providing familiar payment methods to a seamless and performant checkout experience overall. We are improving the experience by learning from market and user research, data insights, constant experimentation, and iteration.Duties:
Senior Product Manager will partner with engineering, analytics, design, research, and other teams (payments or buyer experience teams at Company) to define and prioritize the highest impact projects and experiments Develop, own, and nurture the checkout strategy and roadmap, prioritizing work thoughtfully and communicating commitments and updates to partners on an ongoing cadence As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the squad's execution by collaborating closely with engineering and analytics partners, having ownership over the performance (and measurement) of the team's product and operational experiences, including impact to the business and our customers Integrate analysis and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs, as well as wants
Requirements
4+ years of experience leading product initiatives Experience leading online checkout focused product development squads Knowledge of e-commerce, working within checkout and payment acceptance is a strong plus Familiar with using qualitative and quantitative data to make product decisions; You also know when and how to balance data with intuition Passionate about solving real customer problems and advocating for their needs You are outspoken about trying to minimize any negative impact on the customer experience Inspiring, engaging, and clear communication styles; Optimistic and forward-looking Natural collaborator who knows how to drive decision-making with Engineering, Product Design, and analytics A passionate member of Company's community and someone who believes in the Company vision, mission, and values
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
