　　Kforce's client, a leading retailer located in San Francisco, CA, is planning to roll-out Oracle Finance to its global subsidiaries in Europe (Italy, Portugal, Turkey) in 2024. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager. The goal is to be live in these three countries by Sept 2024. Responsibilities: Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, working within an enterprise company's IT organization Must have experience with requirements gathering/documentation: business process analysis, understanding of how Oracle Finance needs to be set up to meet the business' functional requirements and support/improve processes, knowledge, and experience in configuring Oracle Finance to meet the functional requirements, change management (document to-be processes, functional process guides, etc.) Functional knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle Financials - Financial Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Management, and Inter-company modules Experience with Oracle Financials as OOTB (out of the box) reporting and supporting the business partners/stakeholders for any additional custom reporting required per location Experience working with finance and accounting business partners Experience working in a complex and technical environment. Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc. Strategic thinking and analytical skills -- the ability to crystallize a problem and clearly define, analyze and articulate solutions Collaborative spirit who can work well with large cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communicator; Strong business acumen, experience working with stakeholders, negotiation, etc. Attention to detail with the tenacity to dig into complex scenarios Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology Understands basic project management methodology Customer focused with high quality standards Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
